Spaces In Between is Casey's collaborative solo project that subtly but with great energy, crosses genres and blends sounds together from indie-pop to alternative rock, to singer songwriter and even more. Spaces In Between is built of warm but edgy pop sensibility and classic sounds that feel nostalgic like old school Weezer or Pavement. Influences include Neil Young, The Beatles, Elliott Smith, and The Smashing Pumpkins. Songs have tons of color and a massive range that really go from high octane pop to acoustic songs that bare just as much catchiness and character as the rest of them.
iNDiZA is a an indie rock band who is unafraid to incorporate any musical genre including cinematic, electronic, folk, pop, progressive rock and more. This sonic diversity aims to gain listeners as well as clients looking to license music for film, media or commercial use.
During 2021 lock-downs in rural Africa, Scott (Pond) needed a creative outlet. He enlisted his cousin Casey (Spaces In Between) to figure out how to collaborate from different time-zones. Scott began collecting instruments and writing character based songs about travel and discovery. Amber Scott (previously in Jetpack Missing with Scott) joined to take on the vocals. Casey rotated between drums and production. Their creative approach led to the release of DiSCOVERiNG EARTH EP in June of 2023, which was recorded in three different time-zones. iNDiZA helped to expand the growing library for Spaces in Between Production.
My Advice To You was a garage band from Longview, WA formed circa 96-99 comprised of Daren Richardson-Bass/Guitar/Vox, Dustin Richardson-Drums/Guitar/Vox, and Casey Walke-Guitar/Drums/Vox. MATY started experimenting with cassette recordings and found their major break when their friend Preston purchased a Yamaha MD8-track minidisk recorder.
Angie Lavanish is an up and coming singer-songwriter on the local music scene. At an early age, Angie had a deep passion and connection with music, poetry, and song-writing. She was heavily inspired by her parent’s record collection that included Jim Croce, CCR, Heart, Fleetwood Mac and The Judd’s. She performed often at local talent shows, community activities, weddings and choir/worship teams. Angie continued this fervor for music into adulthood. In 2018, she branched out into the live music scene and began performing at Open Mics. This paved the trail to meaningful music connections with other artists aspiring to learn, grow, encourage and feel music. Her day job is a video editor at Self-Advocates United as 1. She works to support individuals with disabilities to share knowledge, empower others, and use their voices to transform their communities and people’s lives. Her talent as a musician has enabled her to work with other self-advocates to connect and create art and music via live events and over zoom.
