Sam Cain is a DC-based singer-songwriter still reeling from her first single release of “Favorite Crowd (Music City)” in 2025. She has a number of tracks to add to her collection in 2026.

A founding member of two local cover bands who gig as often as they can while balancing the competing priorities of modern life, Sam has performed at legendary venues like The Bitter End in NYC, Pearl Street Warehouse in DC, the White House, the Corcoran Art Gallery and numerous bars and breweries from Arlington, VA to Montgomery County, MD.

Over the past two decades, Sam has honed her craft and earned a reputation for bringing the energy to lift others up, whoever they are and wherever they are on the joy curve. She has also more recently explored the praise & worship genre, performing church services and holiday events within her community over the past few years.

In 2025, Sam began a partnership with Psycho Dog Studios and signed with PA-based Indie label Spaces in Between Productions to record, mix, and deliver her first single. Her compelling lyrics and harmony-infused choruses speak from the heart to the soul of music lovers from 1 to 92. She has developed a passion for connecting human emotions with creating Indie-Country-American Songwriter pieces that encapsulate this current phase of life and celebrate collective experiences. This rings true in her forthcoming singles.
